Approval Process

After submission the approval process will take 7-10 days. Once the associate is approved you will receive an email which contains instructions on how to access the course. Associates MUST sign into their online profile within 48 hours of receipt of the online PIN and PASSWORD. Associates will then have 30 calendar days to complete the online course.
